That would be the theme song to “One Day at a Time,” about the divorced (probably due to her bad haircut) mother trying to go it alone with two teenage girls, one who loved to snort coke between takes. Although the whole song really does suck, the suckiest part comes at the end when the singing narrator encourages Annie Romano to plow on with her crappy life:
